FIONA RUANE has spent the past 15 years travelling the world as an
accomplished chef, developing a unique repertoire of skills and knowledge of food,
ranging from French haute cuisine to American, Latin and South-East Asian delicacies.
Her journey across the world has taken her from her native Ireland to running restaurants
in New York, Sydney, Luxembourg and London as well as dedicated travels perfecting
traditional techniques in more remote areas of countries such as Vietnam, Laos and
even Kashmir.
Counting former US Presidents and Grammy Award winning pop stars as clientele, Fiona has
impressed both high profile corporate clients and restaurant clientele with her impressive
range of skills and innovative cuisine. Amongst many high profile establishments, she's been
an Executive Chef at Jimmy's Uptown and has worked at prestigious places such as The Four
Seasons in New York as well as producing traditional French Cuisine in one of Europe's top
5-star exclusive hotels.
In 2003, Fiona travelled to London where she not only worked as an executive and consulting
chef, but also scoped a number of high-profile corporate events before embarking on creating
Little Mojo, her latest project in collaboration with colleague Yvonne Foran.
