Yvonne Foran qualified as a chef in 1994 and has since then
travelled across the world perfecting her wide repertoire of knowledge and experience of
traditional French, Italian and Modern Australian, Latino and Asian cuisines. After working
in Ireland for a few years, her journey took her to Sydney, then onto New York as well as
extensive travels to all corners of the world, fuelling her passions to learn about different
traditional cuisines and gain inspiration and knowledge to further her skills.
High profile events such as the 45th Grammy Awards in New York means Yvonne can
count celebrities such as P.Diddy and Macy Gray as former clientele. She's also cooked for
NY Knicks, Mike Tyson and Martha Stewart – and, together with Fiona, she provided the food
for a Prince album launch when they worked together at Jimmy's Uptown in New York.
Yvonne decided to move to London in 2003 where she's been working as a head chef
and now, together with her colleague Fiona, she has been setting up their new joint venture,
Little Mojo, bringing together all their experiences, desire and commitment to teach other
people a wide variety of exciting chef skills and pass on their knowledge.
